Yes, you can receive a refund directly at the showroom, and it can be credited to a different card than the one used for the original purchase.

You can visit the showroom to exchange or return your online order. Our team will be happy to assist you.
To complete the process, please bring the receipt or proof of purchase, along with the product you wish to return or exchange.
The return or exchange must take place within 20 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

You can return your purchase via  Box Now courier. Detailed steps for the return process can be found in the Return Policy section for easy guidance.

Online orders for pickup at the showroom are available within one business day, provided they do not contain items on pre-order. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Orders will be held at the showroom for 10 business days. After this period, they will be returned to the eshop, and a refund will be processed.
