Return Policy

The consumer reserves the right to return all or part of the products. The company offers the customer the option of receiving either a refund or a credit voucher.

Products that are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Original condition means the product has not been worn and retains its special tags. In the case of swimwear or underwear, the product must still have the sanitary protectors attached.

Α. Credit voucher – Giftcard

To obtain a credit voucher/giftcard you must follow the steps bellow:

1. Prepare your parcel by placing inside:

• the products of return,
• the receipt of the purchase,
• the return form, mentioning that you want credit voucher.

1. Return your products to an ACS local store, noting that the return fees burden the recipient. In case you choose to return the parcel with BOX NOW you can follow all the steps here .You will not have to pay any shipping cost at the time of the return. Shipping fees will be deducted afterwards from the value of the giftcard.
2. You are only charged by the return shipping cost. Thus, in the event that the value of your order after returning part or all of it falls bellow 60€, you will not be charged for the initial shipping costs.

As soon as we receive your return, you will be sent an e-mail with the coupon code, which you can redeem whenever you wish, within one year.

Note: For purchases made through the eshop or directly from our physical store, the gift card must be redeemed in full in a single transaction.

Β. Refund

Consumer reserves the right to return the product for refund within 20 calendar days from the day of receiving the parcel.

To a obtain refund, you must follow the steps bellow:

1. Prepare your parcel by placing inside:

• the products of return,
• the receipt of the purchase,
• the return form, mentioning that you want a refund.

1. Return your products to an ACS local store, noting that the return fees burden the recipient. Alternatively, you can choose to return the parcel with BOX NOW. You can follow all the steps here. You will not have to pay any shipping cost at the time of the return. Shipping fees will be deducted afterwards from the amount of return*

The refund will be issued within 10 business days from the day we receive your return package. If your purchase was made using a credit or debit card, or PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the respective account.

The amount of the refund is calculated as follows:    Amount of refund = Value of goods – return fees – initial shipping cost*

*If you initially had free shipping cost, and after the return of the products the total value of your order does not exceed 60€, then the initial shipping costs are deducted from the refund ammount.

*We cooperate with Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank and Eurobank.

Γ. Returns in the Showroom 

You could get a refund, issue a credit voucher or exchange a product in the showroom with no extra charge. The conditions of acceptance of the product are the same as those mentioned above.

Cyprus

If you wish to request a refund for part or the entire order, the return of the parcel must be made exclusively through BOX NOW, and the return fee is €5. You can return your parcel using the pickup voucher from your original order. If you received your original parcel via another courier, please follow the procedure found here or contact us. If you choose any other courier service, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned parcel.

If you request a refund and your original order exceeded €120 (which initially corresponds to free shipping for deliveries to Cyprus via ACS or BOX NOW), then the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You can view the shipping cost here.

Worldwide

If you wish to request a refund for part or the entire order, the return shipping costs are the sender's responsibility. For returns of orders from countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or other fees may be imposed upon re-entry of the products into Greece. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer/sender. Our company is not liable for covering such charges and reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the final refund if required.

By completing the purchase, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this term.

The refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned parcel.

The terms and conditions for the returns are listed below, along with all the necessary details:

• In the unluckily event of a mistake made by the company in issues concerning the shipment of the product or the shipment of a faulty item, the firm will be responsible for paying the return expenses. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with the company as soon as possible.
• You can arrange your return with any other courier company. In that case, the parcel falls upon your responsibility and charge.
• Returns on swimwear has to be made within 20 calendar days from the receipt of the product. It is a prerequisite that the protective sanitary sticker has not been removed and that the product is in the same excellent condition in which you received it. Following the completion of our quality control, the return will either be accepted or refused.
• The shipping cost is non-refundable.
• The package of your return should include the purchase receipt and the product with the special product markings (tags), as well as the return form found below. The products must be undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them.
• For the avoidance of any inconvenience, we advice you to inspect the parcel for any alterations or obvious defects on the outside, which could cause damage to the products. If any defect is found, please let us know and do not proceed with the collection from the courier company.
• If a product is returned and after the company’s quality control a defect is found, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

ATTENTION: Until the time the product returns to us, it is in your responsibility, therefore it is important that you take care of its safe transport to avoid accidental damage or loss.
