PICKUP FROM OUR SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from our showroom within ten (10) working days, free of charge. For pick-up, you need to receive a confirmation email from us.

After ten (10) business days, the order will be cancelled without further notice. All orders, in which the option “Pickup from the Showroom” is made, must be paid by credit card, debit card or Pay Pal.

DELIVERY TO YOUR PLACE

Shipments of products within Greece, are carried out by ACS and BOX NOW. International shipments are made through DHL and only for Cyprus, the possibility of shipping with ACS and BOX NOW is provided.

No shipments, order processing, or deliveries are carried out on weekends and official holidays.

Orders placed on our e-shop are dispatched within 1-3 business days and deliveries are carried out according to the timeline provided by ACS Courier.

Shipping with BOX NOW 

BOX NOW service applies in case you need easy and quick receipt of your package. You can receive your package 24/7 from the Automatic Receiving Machine (Locker) of your choice by following the procedure below:

1. Choose the Locker that serves you at the Check Out of our e shop.
2. After the dispatch of the shipment, you will receive the PIN code which unlocks the Locker.

*Your package will be kept 48 hours, from the moment the parcel arrives at the Locker.

*Possibility to extend for 24 more hours.

Orders placed on our e-shop are dispatched within 1-3 business days with BOX NOW, ACS or DHL. Τhere is no COD option. Estimated delivery and cost:

WORLDWIDE

You can receive your parcel at any destination outside Greece via DHL. The shipping cost depends on the price of the zone to which the destination country belongs. The estimated shipping and delivery time is 1–4 business days.

In case of customs duties, the consumer is responsible for the charges. The consumer may be required to pay amounts related to duties and/or customs fees. All taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order cost or shipping fees. Taxes and customs fees vary depending on the country and state of the delivery address. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure about the applicable taxes and customs fees related to your shipment. Mind Your Style is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges that may be imposed upon delivery of your order.

We inform our customers that if an order is not collected, all subsequent orders must be made exclusively using a debit/credit card or PayPal. If any of the following orders use cash on delivery as the payment method, they will be canceled immediately without notice.
