WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Your order can be completed by choosing to pay by cash on delivery (available only for Greece), debit/credit card, Pay Pal or redeem your giftcard.

WHICH ARE THE COURIER COMPANIES WE PARTNER WITH?

For Greece and Cyprus, orders are shipped via ACS and BOX NOW. International shipments are handled by DHL. For Cyprus DHL is also available. Prepaid orders (via card or PayPal) can also be picked up from our showroom.

WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR COLLECTING YOUR PACKAGE FROM ACS AND BOX NOW?

Your parcel can be picked up from your local ACS store, within 10 calendar days, before returning to our company. In case you have chosen to collect it from a BOX NOW locker, your can pick up your parcel within the first 48h upon delivery. You are also able to extend this period for another 24h via their website.

WHAT IS THE REFUND PROCESS AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any product, request a credit voucher, or ask for a refund within 20 calendar days from the date you received your package. Here are all the steps required to complete the process.

IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL THE MONEY BE RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT?

Refunds are completed within 10 business days from the time your return is processed. The amount will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase, or to your preferred bank account (Piraeus, Eurobank, or Alpha Bank are the cooperative banks) in case you chose cash on delivery as your payment method.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE PRE-ORDER?

By using the pre-order process, you can reserve a product before it becomes available. The estimated shipping date is mentioned below the product. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email notification. Even if your order includes other products, besides the pre-ordering ones, they will be sent together in one package.

WILL A PRODUCT BE RESTOCKED IF IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

After being sold out, most of the products are becoming available again. We recommend that you enter your email address in the corresponding field under the product, to get notified in case of restock.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT SIZING?

To find out the ideal size for you, we recommend referring to our Size Guide, as well as the product description and details. Additionally, our customer support team is available during business days and hours to assist you in choosing the right size.

HOW MANY DAYS DOES MY ONLINE ORDER STAY IN THE SHOWROOM?

You can pick up your order from the MYS Showroom within 10 business days. After that, it is going to be canceled automatically, without any further notice. In addition, you have to wait for our confirmation SMS or Viber message before visiting our store. Online orders that have the ‘Pick up from the Showroom’ option must be paid in advance using a card or PayPal account. For more information, please follow the link.

WHAT ARE THE SHOWROOM'S OPENING HOURS?

The MYS Showroom is open Monday – Friday, from 11.00 to 20.00, and on Saturday, from 10.00 to 17.00. On Sundays and public holidays, we remain closed.

WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS OF THE E-SHOP AND THE COMPANY?

The e-shop and the company operate Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 17.00. On weekends and public holidays, we remain closed.

DO THE E-SHOP'S WAREHOUSE AND THE SHOWROOM SHARE THE SAME STOCK?

The stock of the two is not the same. For more information, you can contact our call center at 2105764886, Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days and the delivery depends on each courier company. Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to you, incuding the tracking number of your shipment. You can follow the link to be provided with more information about our shipping policy. We would like to let you know that orders are not being sent during weekends and on public holidays.

 

HOW CAN I BUY AN E-GIFTCARD?

If you would like to give an e-giftcard to your loved one, you can purchase it on our e-shop. You can select the amount you want, the occasion, and your wish will be written down. An email will be sent to the recipient, containing your wish and the value of the giftcard. The recipient can redeem it either online or at the showroom within one year. You are also able to buy a giftcard from our showroom as well.

WHEN DOES A NEW DROP OCCUR?

If you would like to know the exact date of our drops, you can subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social media accounts.

WHAT SHOULD I DOF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVEPRODUCT OR A DAMAGED PACKAGE?

In this case, photos of the product and the parcel need to be sent to our customer service. Returning the product to be examined on a quality control process, will lead to its replacement without any additional financial charges, if it ends up being defective.

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RESERVE A PRODUCT IN THE SHOWROOM?

Reserving a product in our showroom is not possible, unless you place an online order, choosing showroom pick-up.

 

CAN I COMPLETE MY ORDER VIA SOCIAL MEDIA OR EMAIL?

In order to protect your personal data and in need of avoiding errors in billing, shipping, or product selection, it is impossible to complete an order via social media or email. Orders can only be placed either directly on our e-shop, or by calling us on 2105764886, on the working days and hours.
