Recipes to try this weekend!

 

Woke up with your “chef mood” in fling? Try out these super easy & healthy recipes by our nutritionist, Mariana Papakonstantinou. 

 

Smoked Salmon Bagel

 

Let’s make some delicious high-protein bagels which are so easy to make. With only two ingredients and packed with protein, these will be your favourite weekend breakfast treat.

 

Ingredients:

 

  • 250g whole wheat flour
  • 250g cottage cheese (blended if you want until smooth)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
    1 egg (for brushing on top)
  • Optional: sesame seeds or your fave toppings

How to:

 

- Mix flour and baking powder.

- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead by hand.

- Divide into 6 pieces, roll and shape into bagels.

- Brush with egg, add toppings, and bake at 200°C for 18-20 minutes!

 

Raspberry Muffins

 

Are you up for some no-bake healthy, delicious muffins? Trust us girlies, it doesn’t get any better.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 banana
  • 120g peanut butter
  • 80g oat flakes
  • 100g raspberry
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 80g chocolate of your choice
