We took a short break from our everyday office routine and spent a cozy autumn afternoon surrounded by flour, sourdough, and a few glasses of wine.
In the calm, earthy space of Farin Moua — the new microbakery in Peristeri — we learned all about sourdough, the many (many) hours it takes to “grow” like a little baby, and the baker’s secrets behind the perfect loaf of bread.
We kneaded, tasted, laughed, and remembered how nice it feels to share moments — not in front of screens, but around a table. Scents, wine, bread, and good energy; the perfect excuse to meet outside of work and spend simple, genuine time together.
