Your order can be completed by choosing to pay by cash on delivery, debit/credit card, Pay Pal or redeem your giftcard.
Which are the courier companies we partner with?
Within Greece, orders are being shipped via ACS and BOX NOW. International shipments are being held by DHL and exclusively for Cyprus, they can be held by ACS. Prepaid orders by card or Pay Pal, can be picked up from our Showroom as well.
What is the time limit for receiving your package from ACS and BOX NOW?
Your parcel can be picked up from your local ACS store, within 10 calendar days, before returning to our company. In case you have chosen to collect it from a BOX NOW locker, your can pick-up your parcel within the first 48h upon delivery. You are also able to extend this period for another 24h via their website.
What is the process of exchange or refund and how long does it take?
If you are not pleased with your purchase, you are able to return any product you want, either to ecxhange it with something else, ask for a credit voucher or refund of your money, within 20 calendar days from the day you receive your package. Here are all the steps needed to complete the procedure.
In how many days will the money be returned to my bank account?
Refunds are being completed within 10 business days by the time we process with your return. The payment is returned to the credit card or PayPal used to make the purchase or to the bank account of your preference (Piraeus, Eurobank, and Alphabank are the cooperative banks) in case you had chosen to pay by cash on delivery.
What is the purpose of the pre-order?
By using the pre-order process, you can reserve a product before it becomes available. The shipping date is mentioned below the product. Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email notification. Even if your order includes other products, besides the pre-ordering ones, they will be sent together in one package.
Will a product be restocked if it’s out of stock?
After being sold out, most of the products are becoming available again. We recommend that you enter your email address in the corresponding field under the product, to get notified in case of restock.
What is the best way to learn information on product sizes?
To find out the ideal size for you, it is recommended that you refer to the product description and details. Furthermore, the customer support department is available during the working days and hours, to assist you on choosing the ideal size.
How many days does my online order stay in the Showroom?
You can pick up your order from the MYS Showroom within 10 working days. After that, it is going to be canceled automatically, without any further notice. In addition, you have to wait for our confirmation SMS or Viber message before visiting our store. Online orders that have the ‘Pick up from the Showroom’ option must be paid in advance using a card or PayPal account. For more information, please follow the link.
What is the Showroom’s opening hours?
The MYS Showroom is open Monday – Friday, from 11.00 to 20.00, and on Saturday, from 10.00 to 16.00. On Sundays and public holidays, we remain closed.
What are the opening hours of the e-shop and the company?
The e-shop and the company operate Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 17.00. On weekends and public holidays, we remain closed.
Can I try on clothes on your Showroom? Do I have to book an appointment beforehand?
You can visit our Showroom on anytime of the working days and hours you wish without an appointment. You are also able to try on all the products you will find available there.
Do I have the option to exchange or refund at the showroom?
Certainly, you have the option to exchange or refund in the showroom without additional costs.
Is e-shop’s warehouse and Showroom’s stock common?
The stock of the two is not the same. For more information, you can contact our call center at 2105764886, Monday – Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
What is the shipping date of your order?
We ship orders within 1-3 working days and the delivery depends on each courier company. Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to you, incuding the tracking number of your shipment. You can follow the link to be provided with more information about our shipping policy. We would like to let you know that orders are not being sent during weekends and on public holidays.
How can I buy an e-gift card?
If you would like to give an e-gift card to your loved one, you can purchase it on the e-shop. You can select the amount you want, the occasion, and your wish will be written down. An email will be sent to the recipient, containing your wish and the value of the gift card. No time limit is required for the recipient to redeem it either online or at the Showroom. You are also able to buy a gift card from the Showroom as well.

What should I do if I receive a defective product or a package with damage?
In this case, photos of the product and the parcel need to be sent to our customer service. Returning the product to be examined on a quality control process, will lead to its replacement without any additional financial charges, if it ends up being defective.
Is it possible for me to reserve a product in MYS Showroom?
Reserving a product in our Showroom is not possible, unless you place an online order, choosing Showroom pick-up.
Can I complete my order via social media or email?
In order to protect your personal data and in need of avoiding errors in billing, shipping, or product selection, it is impossible to complete an order via social media or email. Orders can only be placed either directly on our e-shop, or by calling us on 2105764886, on the working days and hours.
