Return of products

Consumer reserves the right to return all the products or part of them. The company provides the possibility, to the consumer, of changing with a different size or color, as well as changing with another product. Consumer has also the option of the refund or issuing a credit voucher.

Products that are not in their original condition cannot be returned. Original condition defined as the condition in which the product is unworn with the special markings. In case of swimwear or underwear the product must bear the sanitary protectors.

A. WITHDRAWAL

Consumer reserves the right of the withdrawal within 20 calendar days from the receipt day.

• Withdrawal via Courier

You must follow the bellow steps to place the new order:

1. You must create a new order through our e-shop and mention in the comments of the checkout that the order is for replacement.
2. You must prepare the parcel by placing the products, the return form and the receipt of purchase.
3. You must return your products with ACS, indicating that the charge is the recipient’s. In case you choose to return the parcel by BOX NOW you can follow all the steps here. You will not have to pay any shipping cost at the meantime.
4. As soon as we receive your return, we will complete the exchange, offsetting the return shipping cost and the new, as well as the cost of the products.

The amount of the new order is calculated as follows:

Amount of the new order = Value of new products – value of returned products + shipping cost of the return + new shipment shipping cost.

• Withdrawal in Showroom

You could exchange, refund, or issue a credit voucher in the showroom with no extra charge. The conditions of acceptance of the product are the same as for the Courier replacement mentioned above.

B. CREDIT VOUCHER-GIFTCARD

In case you want a credit voucher or gift card you have to follow the bellow steps:

1. You must prepare the parcel by placing:

• The products for the return.
• The receipt of the purchase.
• The return form mentioning that you want credit voucher.

2. You must return your products with ACS, indicating that the charge is the recipient’s. In case you choose to return the parcel by BOX NOW you can follow all the steps here. You will not have to pay any shipping cost at the meantime.
3. You are only charged by the return shipping cost

C. REFUND

Consumer reserves the right to return the product for refund within 20 calendar days from the receipt day.

1. You must follow the bellow steps:

• The products for the return.
• The receipt of the purchase.
• The return form

2. You must return your products with ACS, indicating that the charge is the recipient’s. In case you choose to return the parcel by BOX NOW you can follow all the steps here. You will not have to pay any shipping cost at the meantime.
3. After the receipt of your return, we will issue the refund within 10 working days from the day of the receipt of the package.

The amount of the refund is calculated as follows:    Amount of refund = Value of goods – return transport – original transport*

*If you initially had free shipping cost, and after the return of the products the total order does not exceed 60€, then the initial shipping costs are deducted.

* We cooperate with Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank and Eurobank. In case your purchase has been made with credit, debit card or Pay Pal the amount will be returned to the card account.

Returns from Cyprus and other countries.

In case you wish to change the product with another one, the return costs and the costs of the new shipment charge the customer and the return of the parcel is carried out with any carrier of your choice and customer’s charge.

• In case you want a refund for part of your products or all of them, the shipping cost will charge the customer and the amount of the refund will be deposited to your account within 10 working days from the day of receipt of the parcel by us.

In case of requested a refund and your initial order has exceeded the amount of 120€ (for shipments in Cyprus with ACS), then the initial shipping costs will be charging the customer.

• In the unluckily event of a mistake made by the company in issues concerning the shipment of the product or the shipment of a faulty item, the shipping and return costs charges the company. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with the company as soon as possible.
• You can place your return by any other courier company. The parcel falls upon your responsibility and charge.
• Returns on swimwear are made within 20 calendar days from the receipt of the package. It is a prerequisite that the protective sanitary sticker has not been removed and that it is in the same excellent condition in which you received it. The acceptance or non-acceptance of the return will be made after the pass of our quality control.
• The shipping cost is not refundable.
• The package of your return should include the retail receipt and the product with the special product markings (tags), as well as the return form found below. It is essential that the products are in their original packaging and in the same condition in which you received them.
• For the avoidance of any inconvenience, we recommend that when you receive the parcel from the courier company, you must look on the outside of the parcel for any alterations or obvious defects on the inside and also on the products. If any damage is found, please let us know and do not proceed with the collection by the courier company.
• In the event that, a product is returned and after the company’s quality control a defect is found, we will contact you to resolve the issue.
